Professional Program in Medical Physics

To be the organizer of the Medical Physicist Professional Study Program which produces Medical Physicists with high professional abilities who uphold objectivity and ethics at the national, regional or global levels towards excellence in Southeast Asia.

  1. Organizing learning programs that integrate education and research in Medical Physics, while also providing clinical training to support Medical Physics services in hospitals.
  2. Producing graduates capable of delivering Medical Physics services, equipped with analytical, critical, creative, innovative, and conceptual thinking, oriented toward problem solving, and upholding objectivity, professionalism, and ethical values.
  3. Implementing Medical Physics services that contribute to the advancement of science and technology in the application of physics to medicine.
  4. Preparing Medical Physicists who are able to compete at both regional and international levels.
  5. Fulfilling the demand for Medical Physicists in accordance with national and international standards.
  1. Able to master the theory of application in the field of medical physics and the skills to use medical physics science and technology clinically.
  2. Able to manage resources, apply the professional standards of Medical Physicists, design and evaluate medical physics organizations.
  3. Able to apply medical physics knowledge to services in the fields of radiotherapy, diagnostic and interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine by having work competencies according to the professional standards of Indonesian Medical Physicists.
  4. Able to make independent decisions in carrying out the work of the Medical Physicist profession based on logical, critical, systematic, and creative thinking.
  5. Able to develop and demonstrate responsibility for work in the fields of radiotherapy, diagnostic and interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine according to the code of ethics of the Medical Physicist profession.
  6. Able to evaluate and develop organizational strategic programs to improve quality based on national and international standards.

Medical physicists who have intellect, professionalism, and high ethics for health services as health workers in hospitals with national standards and in line with international standards. The main role of graduates in hospitals is to test the quality of radiation equipment and ensure radiation safety in patients, staff, and the public for the purpose of cancer diagnosis and treatment with diagnostic and interventional radiology, radiotherapy, and nuclear medicine modalities.

Bachelor of Physics or Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering with a specialization in Medical Physics from a member campus of the Association of Indonesian Medical Physics Education Institutions (AIPFMI) or a Master of Medical Physics or Physics with a specialization in Medical Physics from an AIPFMI member campus with a Bachelor of Physics background.

Alur penerimaan mahasiswa baru Program Studi Profesi Fisikawan Medik, Departemen Fisika, FMIPA UI

  1. Calon mahasiswa melakukan registrasi di website enrolment.ui.ac.id 
    Gel 1: 23 Februari – 2 April 2026
    Gel 2: 4 – 30 Mei 2026
    1. Terdapat dua pilihan yang dapat calon mahasiswa pilih, yaitu kelas regular dan kelas khusus.
    2. Kelas Reguler: terbuka untuk seluruh pendaftar sesuai persyaratan umum dan seleksi yang berlaku.
    3. Kelas Khusus: diperuntukkan bagi pendaftar yang bersedia untuk rotasi praktik klinis di luar Pulau Jawa selama masa studi dan untuk bekerja di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan (fasyankes) di luar Pulau Jawa setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan. Pendaftar kelas khusus wajib menandatangani Pakta Integritas, yang berisi komitmen untuk bekerja di fasyankes luar Pulau Jawa setelah lulus dari program studi Profesi Fisikawan Medis.
    4. Informasi Ijazah yang disubmit untuk SIMAK UI adalah ijazah S1.
  2. Calon mahasiswa melakukan registrasi ujian kemampuan dasar fisika medis melalui https://www.e-ujian.com/profesi_fismed_ui/registrasi

    Gel 2: 4 Mei – 2 Juni 2026
    1. Calon mahasiswa yang melakukan registrasi ujian kemampuan dasar fisika medis adalah calon mahasiswa yang telah melakukan registrasi SIMAK UI pada enrolment.ui.ac.id dengan melampirkan bukti registrasi.
    2. Calon mahasiswa mengupload Ijazah dan transkrip sesuai ketentuan Program Studi Profesi Fisikawan Medik yaitu lulusan S1 Fisika / S1 Teknik Nuklir / S2 Fisika Peminatan Fisika Medis atau S2 Fisika Medis.
    3. Upload surat pernyataan tidak mengundurkan diri untuk semua kelas dan akan bekerja
      di luar pulau jawa untuk kelas khusus
    4. Peserta yang tidak melakukan registrasi ujian kemampuan dasar fisika medis tidak akan mendapatkan akses untuk melakukan ujian.
  3. Pelaksanaan Ujian Kemampuan Dasar Fisika Medis
    Gel 1: Sabtu, 11 April 2026 09.00 – 11.00 WIB
    Gel 2: Sabtu. 6 Juni 2026 09.00 – 11.00 WIB
    1. Pelaksanaan ujian menggunakan sistem CBT bekerjasama dengan pihak e-ujian.com dilaksanakan secara serentak.
    2. ID dan password untuk ujian akan diberikan melalui email setelah data yang dimasukan ke sistem registrasi diverifikasi.
    3. Selama pelaksanaan peserta wajib menyalakan webcam, speaker, dan microphone.
    4. Tes kemampuan dasar fisika medis terdiri atas 7 bidang, Radiologi dan Dosimetri, Radioterapi, Radiologi Diagnostik dan Intervensional, Kedokteran Nuklir, Proteksi Radiasi, Radiobiologi, dan Etika Keprofesian.
  4. Pelaksanaan SIMAK UI
    Gel 1: Minggu, 12 April 2026
    Gel 2: Minggu, 7 Juni 2026
    Pelaksanaan SIMAK UI mengikuti aturan dari Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PMB) UI.
  5. Pelaksanaan Wawancara
    Gel 1: 20 – 26 April 2026
    Gel 2: 22 – 28 Juni 2026
    1. Pelaksanaan wawancara dilakukan untuk seluruh calon mahasiswa terdaftar pada e-ujian.
    2. Pelaksanaan secara online melalui zoom atau media lain.
    3. Calon mahasiswa akan diberikan informasi jadwal wawancara via email.
  6. Pengumuman Hasil seleksi
    Gel 1: Paling lambat 1 Mei 2026
    Gel 2: Paling lambat 1 Juli 2026
