● Environmental Science : Mapping the distribution of elements in plant and soil samples to address agricultural challenges.
● Semiconductor Research : Using X-ray microscopy for failure analysis in advanced packaging and device characterization.
● Rare-earth metals being able to identify the rare-earth elements of interest to the customer and found several elements that they are localized with.
